At Rushmore Golf Tours, we understand planning your golf resort getaway in the stunning Black Hills area of South Dakota can bring up a lot of questions. Let our resort staff give you quick answers to common inquiries, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable experience. My partner doesn’t like to golf, what can he/she do?
The price for our golf packages is fixed for two golfers, however; he/she is welcome to enjoy the golf courses with you and ride along in the cart and enjoy the scenery. On one golf day, there is a hot spring available, or there are plenty of shops to explore in downtown Rapid City on the other golf days!
If we drive, is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes. Valet parking is provided by Rushmore Golf Tours. Parking is available for standard-size automobiles (no trailers or motor homes).
Other Booking & Itinerary Questions
Are there any options other than the 10-day tour?
No. For now, we have available the 10 nights and 11 days tours, but trust us, it’s worth it!
Can we arrange our own accommodations?
No substitute for accommodations can be made.
Can we pay any other way other than by credit card?
We prefer Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal. We do allow payment with checks as well.
Do we pay in full upon booking or can we put a down payment?
Full payment is required upon booking.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Our tour service will offer a full refund for reservations canceled two months in advance of the trip, minus a $200 processing fee. In addition, we strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance through our suggested provider.
What is the weather like in summer in South Dakota?
All Rushmore Golf Tours guests should pack for a 55-degree or a 95-degree day! An afternoon passing thunderstorm is common, so we recommend bringing rain gear for golfing, just in case. Please bring bug spray and sunscreen, too.
